Uses discretion in daily management decisions with accountability for ensuring effective execution of service profit chain, food quality, and cost controls. Serve as subject‑matter expert for operations and model hospitality with all staff. Act as manager when the manager is unavailable, overseeing shifts and delegating tasks. Maintain administrative responsibilities such as interviewing, hiring, training, and performance evaluation. Ensure overall performance of operations in the restaurant under the direction or in the absence of the General Manager. Benefits Up to 10% of the base salary in performance‑based bonuses. Comprehensive Benefits Package. Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance for full‑time restaurant employees. Part‑time employees are not eligible for benefits. #J-18808-Ljbffr
