Work Environment\n

The position is designed for a remote work setting, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a collaborative atmosphere. You will operate from an outpatient office model, engaging with clients primarily via telehealth. Your schedule will predominantly be Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a work-life balance that supports both your professional responsibilities and personal needs. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing compassionate support to clients navigating various challenges including trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship conflicts, grief, and communication barriers.

• Conducting thorough assessments followed by the development of individualized treatment plans that are reflective of client values and needs.

• Creating a therapeutic environment centered on trust, where clients feel free to express themselves and engage in the healing process.

• Employing effective interventions that align with treatment goals and actively support patients’ progress.

• Collaborating with fellow clinicians and mental health professionals to ensure an integrative approach to client care.

• Offering immediate crisis intervention services to clients who may be in urgent situations.

• Continually enhancing your clinical skills and knowledge in specialized areas of interest, such as trauma recovery, adolescent therapy, or couples counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client focus will span a diverse population, encompassing individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of psychological and relational challenges. This role will require you to adapt your therapeutic techniques to meet the distinct needs of each client, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care. Qualifications\n

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.

• Active licensure to practice as a LMFT in the state of Nevada.
