About the Role As an Automotive Repair Multi-Unit Manager, your Leadership Skills will be both challenged and rewarded as you Hire, Train and Develop the next generation of ACE Jiffy Lube Super Stars. Responsibilities Lead daily operations for multiple retail automotive repair stores/vehicle service centers. Communicate with your Store Leadership Teams daily to ensure we are operating in alignment with the ACE Policies and Procedures. Create an environment of mutual respect while encouraging professional competition between stores. Collaborate with local businesses and neighborhood/school groups to build both a fleet and a community presence around all of our stores. Recognize that our Guests\' Experience will ultimately determine our long term success. Qualifications 3+ years of relevant leadership and management experience. Proven track record of developing and promoting talented individuals Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record and access to reliable transportation. At least 3 references that verify your history of commitment, motivation, leadership, and solid 50+ hour work ethic. Required Skills Established reputation as a top performer. Unwavering integrity.
