Yembo is a fully remote company transforming home services with AI-driven survey tech. We are hiring a Customer Success Manager (IC3) to own strategic accounts, drive long-term value, and boost retention and advocacy among P&C carriers and insurers.
In this role you’ll manage complex relationships, read data to tell ROI stories, and partner with clients to achieve business outcomes, all while operating autonomously in a fully remote environment.
