Shifts

8:00 - 4:30

8:30 - 5:00

9:00 - 5:30

10:00 - 6:30

11:00 - 8:00

Job Summary

Client is seeking motivated, dependable, and empathetic Customer Service Representatives to join our Indianapolis team for an upcoming July training class. In this role, you will provide critical support to users, utilizing strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking to resolve inquiries and de-escalate customer concerns effectively.

Key Requirements & Location Constraints

  • Commute & Location: Candidates must live within a 1-hour or less commute of the Indianapolis office (Zip: 46240) and have reliable transportation to commute onsite at least 2x/week post-training.
  • Work From Home Setup: When working remotely, a strictly hardwired internet connection (Ethernet cable plugged directly into the router) is required. WiFi, satellite, or hot-spots are not permitted.
