As the Service Lane/Assistant Service Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the service department operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and efficient workflow within the service lane. Responsibilities Manage daily activities in the service lane to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction. Coordinate with technicians, service advisors, and parts department to facilitate timely vehicle repairs and maintenance. Assist in managing staffing schedules and workflow to optimize productivity. Monitor service lane performance metrics and implement improvements as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and dealership procedures. Provide hands‑on support and leadership to service lane associates. Qualifications Previous experience in automotive service management Strong organizational and leadership skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Knowledge of automotive service processes and technical understanding preferred.
