Illinois Licensed Strategic Sourcing Director

To enhance sourcing strategies and supplier management, the full-time salaried Illinois Licensed Strategic Sourcing Director will develop and execute sourcing initiatives, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier performance while working remotely with occasional onsite meetings. Key responsibilities Leads the Strategic Sourcing process and tracks sourcing pipeline for assigned categories Coordinates supplier support for Value Analysis Teams and drives lean supply chain integration Negotiates contracts and manages relationships with preferred suppliers to ensure performance in delivery, quality, and cost Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field; Master's degree preferred Minimum of eight years of professional experience in supply chain, with at least three years in a supervisory role Strong negotiation skills and Six Sigma and/or Lean training or certification Advanced Excel skills and experience with cross-functional sourcing or Value Analysis teams Certified in CPPC, CPIM, CSCP, CPC/M, or other relevant purchasing/materials certification
