Senior Product ManagerDuration: 6 month contract-to-hirePay: $70-80/HRWork Location: Austin, TXThis position is eligible to enroll in medical, dental, vision after 60 days. In addition, this position is eligible to enroll in a 401(k) after 90 days.Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead strategy, prioritization, and delivery for a modern enterprise data and analytics platform. This individual will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving platform capabilities that enable data accessibility, analytics, governance, reporting, and AI initiatives across the organization.This role combines strategic product leadership with hands-on agile delivery support in a highly collaborative, data-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage the product roadmap and backlog for a large-scale data and analytics platform.Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, define priorities, and align delivery with organizational goals.Translate complex technical initiatives into clear product requirements, user stories, and measurable outcomes.Balance competing priorities across platform modernization, analytics enablement, governance, operational improvements, and user adoption.Define and monitor key success metrics related to platform adoption, delivery performance, service quality, and business value.Facilitate agile planning activities, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, dependency management, and release readiness.Drive collaboration across architecture, engineering, analytics, security, operations, and governance teams.Support platform transformation initiatives and help ensure scalable, maintainable, and well-governed solutions.Communicate roadmap progress, risks, dependencies, and business impact to senior leadership and stakeholders.Required10+ years of experience in product management, technology delivery, data platforms, analytics, or related disciplines.5+ years of experience owning product backlogs, roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, and stakeholder engagement.Experience supporting enterprise-scale data, analytics, or cloud platform initiatives.Strong understanding of agile methodologies and software delivery lifecycle management.Proven ability to work across technical and business teams to drive alignment and results.Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.Fintech and/or banking experiencePreferredExperience with modern cloud-based data and analytics ecosystems.Familiarity with data governance, data quality, metadata management, business intelligence, and analytics platforms.Experience supporting AI, reporting, or enterprise data transformation initiatives.Background in regulated or compliance-focused environments.Agile certifications such as Scrum Master, SAFe, PMI-ACP, or similar.Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
