Are you ready to build your career by joining an international automotive company? If so, our client is hiring a Collector. Position Type:
- Contract
- On-Site
- Minimum of 1 year of overall work experience.
- 2+ year of Autofinance with loss terminations preferred.
- High School Diploma/ (GED) is required.
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- Demonstrate exceptional ability to manage multiple, highly complex cases concurrently, adapting effectively to diverse case types and varying levels of intricacy.
- Complete hostile termination cases, including processing for involuntary/voluntary surrenders, skip charge offs, and deceased do not pursue terminations.
- Assessing repossession charges to the account, assigning the asset to auction, and ensuring the appropriate post repossession notice is sent to all impacted parties in accordance with the legal guide.
- Sending deficiency notice post auction sale.
- Complete reinstatement processing, includes moving funds received post repossession to general suspense, reversing the termination, and ensuring and repossession title processing is halted and the title is available to be returned to the vault.
- Maintain communication with internal and external customers including Collections, DRMs, and dealerships.
