Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Full-Time Contract Position

Chattanooga, TN Area

Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for a full-time school-based contract opportunity in the Chattanooga, Tennessee area for the upcoming school year. We are seeking qualified professionals who are dedicated to supporting students’ behavioral, social, and academic success in an educational setting.

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet all local and state certification and licensure requirements. Previous experience working with special education students and collaborating with families is highly preferred.

Position Details:

Full-time contract position
School-based assignment
New school year opportunity
Potential renewal opportunities based on performance while on contract

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyze behavioral data
Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, support staff, and families to support student success
Provide behavioral consultation and training to school personnel
Support students with behavioral, emotional, and social challenges
Monitor student progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and compliance with district and state guidelines
Assist with crisis intervention and positive behavior support initiatives

Qualifications:

Active BCBA certification and appropriate Tennessee credentials/licensure
Must meet all local and state regulatory requirements
Prior school-based experience preferred
Experience supporting special education populations strongly preferred
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
