Entry-Level Administrative Assistant

The Role: Administrative Assistant (Entry-Level): We’re hiring an Entry-Level Administrative Assistant to join our collaborative, data-focused environment. This role will support daily business operations, helping maintain clean and useful internal data, and assisting with cross-team coordination. Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support to internal teams (scheduling, inbox management, filing, scanning) Organize and maintain internal databases, documentation, and file systems Support with data entry and data quality assurance across key business tools Generate daily/weekly reports for management Assist in preparing meeting agendas, notes, presentations, and internal reports Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree 3-6 months of Internship or office experience is preferred, but not required Experience in Microsoft Office applications (emphasis on Excel) Eager to earn Quick learner and detail oriented #J-18808-Ljbffr Corporate Resources of Illinois, Ltd.
