Full-time Regular Raleigh, NC, US Wake Orthopedics a multi-specialty orthopaedic group with multiple locations in Wake County, NC is seeking a Patient Services Representative to fill a full-time position, in our North Raleigh Region Office locations working front desk. The North Raleigh Region includes our North Raleigh, Brier Creek and Wake Forest office locations. We offer a unique work environment promoting personal and professional growth. Greet patients and check them in for their appointment. Register patient in EHR including insurance verification. Schedule patient appointments based on provider availability and preference. Collectmonies owed such as co-pays and balances. Communicate with billing staff as needed to ensure patient’s financial impact is accurate. Communicate with clinical staff as needed to ensure patient medical questions are answered timely. Document accurately within our EHR, Epic.
