Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) – Greater Wheeling area

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead a larger Skilled Nursing/LTC facility in the greater Wheeling area.

Ideal Candidate:

• Current Illinois LNHA license
• Proven SNF/LTC Administrator experience
• Larger-building experience preferred
• Strong operational, financial, regulatory, and census-growth skills
• Excellent communicator and team builder
• Ability to lead through collaboration while holding department leaders accountable
