Accounting Office Manager - Auto Dealership

Responsibilities

• Daily Bank Reconciliations


• Oversee office staff


• Posting journal entries


• G/L Account & Schedule reconciliations


• Dealer reserve statements and posting fundings


• Assist with retail billing, wholesale billing, vehicle payoffs


• Daily Parts & Service Cash Sales account reconciliation


• Assist with preparation of Monthly Financial Statements


• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Prior auto dealership experience 


• Reynolds & Reynolds (ERAccess and Ignite) Accounting software experience


• Experience with account & schedule reconciliations


• Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality


• Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects


• Valid driver’s license
