Accounting Office Manager - Auto Dealership

Responsibilities

Daily Bank Reconciliations

Oversee office staff

Posting journal entries

G/L Account & Schedule reconciliations

Dealer reserve statements and posting fundings

Assist with retail billing, wholesale billing, vehicle payoffs

Daily Parts & Service Cash Sales account reconciliation

Assist with preparation of Monthly Financial Statements

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Prior auto dealership experience

Reynolds & Reynolds (ERAccess and Ignite) Accounting software experience

Experience with account & schedule reconciliations

Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality

Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects

Valid driver’s license
