Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Master Social Worker with Gotham Enterprises Ltd, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to understand the needs of your clients, followed by the development of personalized treatment plans using established best practices.

• Utilizing a variety of therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based techniques tailored to each client's needs.

• Maintaining meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and all relevant regulatory standards, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in client records.

• Collaborating effectively with other members of the treatment team to synchronize care and improve treatment outcomes.

• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance quality of care and professional development.

• Providing education and support to patients and their families regarding mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
