Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Master Social Worker at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to understand each patient’s unique needs and crafting individualized treatment plans that adhere to best practices.

• Employing a variety of therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to the specific circumstances and preferences of your clients.

• Maintaining precise and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring patient confidentiality and data integrity.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement cohesive treatment strategies, participating in regular case conferences, supervision, and peer review meetings.

• Educating patients and their families on mental health issues, coping strategies, and available community resources that can aid in their journey toward recovery.

• Remaining informed about current research and advancements in mental health practices, actively integrating new knowledge into your therapeutic approaches.

• Managing a full caseload of clients to ensure ongoing progress in treatment goals, while upholding the ethical standards set by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse range of clients with various mental health diagnoses, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related conditions, and substance abuse issues. Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will have:

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working within a community health context is preferred, as well as familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems. Expertise in specific therapeutic modalities will also be an advantage.
