Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations using the latest DSM guidelines and develop tailored treatment plans based on individual client needs.

• Provide short-term psychotherapy services utilizing a variety of modalities including individual, family, group, and couples therapy.

• Deliver crisis intervention, skills training, supportive therapy, and couples counseling as necessary to support clients experiencing mental health challenges.

• Utilize telehealth platforms effectively to conduct therapy sessions, ensuring adherence to all privacy and confidentiality guidelines.

• Document therapy sessions meticulously, prepare clinical reports, and maintain detailed records in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and solicit input from colleagues.

• Stay updated with continuing education and professional development opportunities in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with clients across various demographics in the community, focusing on those with mental health issues and dual disorders. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid LMFT license in the state of New York, or possess a Psy.D, to practice independently.

• Master's or doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited university.

• At least two years of experience providing psychotherapy services, with demonstrated clinical competencies in various therapeutic modalities.

• A proven track record of utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR) effectively.

• Experience in collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide integrated care for clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 125,000, based on your experience and qualifications.
