Senior Clinical Specialist, CRM - Tampa, FL

Abbott seeks a Senior Clinical Specialist for Cardiac Rhythm Management in Tampa to provide advanced technical and clinical support on CRM products to physicians and healthcare professionals. The role combines field engineering expertise with sales support, training development, and mentorship of junior specialists.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced engineering, sales, and clinical support for complex CRM product inquiries from physicians and healthcare professionals
- Serve as senior clinical interface between medical community and business, building credible customer relationships
- Develop, lead, and facilitate training programs on CRM products for healthcare professionals
- Provide regional implant case coverage and backup support to sales representatives for training and troubleshooting
- Mentor less experienced clinical specialists and advise management on market feedback and product development insights
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering or related healthcare field
- Minimum 4+ years increasingly responsible experience in cardiac pacing industry
- Demonstrated knowledge of cardiology, electrophysiology, and cardiac pacing procedures
- Familiarity with catheterization lab and operating room protocols
- Advanced communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to work independently on complex problems
- Ability to coordinate multiple assignments and work effectively with cross-functional teams
Compensation: $78,000–$156,000 base
