Compensation Analyst

Overview Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Compensation Analyst to join our client onsite in Cincinnati, OH. This role supports a long-term Job Architecture Project to ensure compensation structures and job descriptions align with industry standards and support employee growth and mobility. Must Have Requirements Bachelors Degree in Finance or Business Administration (or related field) 3+ years of experience working within compensation Analytical experience with market data and platforms such as UKG, Time Management System tools, and Excel Experience working with market data from outside vendors Example vendors: Korn Ferry, Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, etc. Responsibilities Lead compensation analysis efforts to support the ongoing Job Architecture Project. Evaluate and refine job descriptions to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with organizational goals. Analyze employee movement across the organization to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Benchmark compensation data against industry standards to ensure competitiveness and equity. Develop and maintain Excel macros and advanced spreadsheets to streamline compensation analytics. Translate complex data into clear, compelling stories and visualizations for stakeholders. Provide day-to-day support on various compensation-related projects and initiatives. Collaborate with HR, Talent Management, and business leaders to implement compensation strategies.
