As a Medical-Surgical ICU Registered Nurse, you will be an integral part of the healthcare team, providing critical care to patients with complex medical needs. Your expertise and dedication will ensure the highest quality of care in a dynamic and supportive environment.

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in a Medical-Surgical ICU
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing appropriate interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Utilize advanced medical equipment and technology, including Epic charting system
• Maintain patient safety and adhere to infection control protocols
• Participate in continuous education and professional development

Requirements:

• Need 2 years experience in setting
• Travel experience preferred
• ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and PALS certifications required
• Experience with Epic charting system
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Ability to manage a patient ratio of 1:2
• State or Compact license must be in hand at time of submittal
