Lease-Up Project Manager, Affordable Housing
Dominium Inc.
Dominium is seeking a Lease-Up Project Manager to oversee lease-up for new properties, coordinating leasing activities, reviewing applications, and ensuring move-ins meet occupancy goals. This role partners with on-site staff and regional leadership to deliver timely results and maintain compliance with housing program requirements. With strong experience in new construction lease-up, on-site property management, and proficiency in Yardi, you will drive schedules, track performance, and support #J-18808-Ljbffr Dominium Inc.
