Role Overview We're looking for a talented ServiceNow Administrator to join our team in Washington, DC. This position will support a complex government client and will provide administration, configuration, and enhancement of the ServiceNow platform supporting enterprise IT services. What You Will Do Configure and maintain ServiceNow workflows, SLAs, forms, UI policies, and catalog items; support ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM administrative activities; maintain CMDB data integrity and support integrations with enterprise tools; develop dashboards, reports, filters, and service metrics. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience 3+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow administration experience Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Experience working with technical and non-technical stakeholders ServiceNow ITSM modules and administrative functions Flow Designer, business rules, UI policies, notifications, and dashboards CMDB, asset management, and service catalog administration Integrations with tools such as Active Directory, Intune, SCCM, or Discovery Workflow automation, reporting, and continuous platform improvement Documentation and change control practices for enterprise systems Benefits Employee Assistance Program 401K Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance Life/Short-Term Disability/Critical Illness/Accident Insurance 15 PTO Days 11 Federal Holidays Up to $5K towards continuing education and/or professional development #J-18808-Ljbffr ApplyLogic Consulting Group
