Customer Project ManagerWe are seeking a Customer Project Manager to join our team in Auburn Hills, United States. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers while managing complex projects from initiation through successful completion. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure customer satisfaction, and deliver projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.Manage end-to-end project delivery for assigned customer accounts, ensuring alignment with project scope, timeline, and budget requirementsServe as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycleDevelop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategiesMonitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and customersIdentify potential risks and issues early, implementing proactive solutions to minimize project delays or cost overrunsCoordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and quality assurance to ensure seamless project executionManage customer expectations and address concerns promptly, fostering long-term relationships and repeat businessMaintain detailed project documentation and ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirementsConduct project reviews and lessons-learned sessions to continuously improve processes and customer satisfactionCustomize project approaches based on individual customer needs while maintaining operational efficiencyWhat You Bring To The Role:Bachelor degree7+ years of experience in project management, customer account management, or related rolesProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detailStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teamsExcellent time management and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demandsExperience with budget management and cost trackingStrong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressureExperience with risk management and mitigation strategiesLegal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
