Our number one priority is to quickly bring your property back to its original condition.ResponsibilitiesInspects new job opportunitiesSells and signs up new opportunities for serviceWorks with Mitigation Project Coordinator to schedule projectsDevelops project scopesManages client, adjuster, and other participants' communicationDirects assigned team members on job sitesDevelops and monitors job workflowsOrganizes sub-contractors as needed on the job siteOrders vendors as needed for the job siteManages job site issuesManages DASH job files assigned to youEstimates jobs in XactimateCreates the final invoice in XactimateOther duties as requiredQualificationsRelevant experience in emergency restoration (required)Sales experience (required)Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills (required)Full-time positionIICRC certifications, including but not limited to WTR, ASD, AMRT, FSRTAbility to work independently and multitask in a busy environmentHigh School Diploma, GED or equivalentStrong management, delegation, planning, and leadership skillsMust have valid driver's licenseAble to lift a minimum of 50lbsUse estimating software like XactimateFrequent walking, standing, bending, and twistingClean shave face for use of respirator per OSHA regulationsWorking in tight or confined spacesMore than just a restoration company — we're people helping people.
