Reporting to the Director of Engineering and Project Management, this role blends disciplined execution with collaborative leadership to empower teams and drive business growth through technological innovation.Additional Responsibilities and Opportunities:Lead complex, cross-functional projects from concept through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.Oversee teams and external partners through effective leadership and accountability.Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules that align with company standards and objectives.Ensure compliance with ISO, AS, and ITAR quality standards.Minimum 10 years of experience in project or program management within new product development.Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.PIC Wire & Cable, an Angelus Company is headquartered in Waukesha, Wisconsin.
