Human Health Project (HHP) is a holistic health literacy charity. Our mission is to improve the health of the underserved and vulnerable through holistic information, education and advocacy. Our objective is to empower people to manage their own health with improved outcomes and no medical errors. Skills
- 2+ years of experience in leading dev teams
- 5+ years of experience in designing, building and maintaining back-ends
- Proficiency in at least 1 of the following: Java, Python, Ruby, Dart, JavaScript
- Solid OOP and software design knowledge
- Knowledge in database systems
- Knowledge of version control (Git, Gitflow)
- Knowledge of CI/CD
Responsibilities
- Regularly inspect server code for speed optimization.
- Conceptualize and implement solutions for data storage.
- Improve the quality of the team’s code through writing unit tests and automation.
- Collaborate and work closely with the product and design team to understand better the end-user requirements.
- Configure the backend usability of all front side application.
