Customer Service Representative ($20 Ph Starting)

Schedules are a mid-shift (starting at 1:00 pm or later) after 11-week training. These positions are in-center at 6550 Winchester Avenue, KCMO 64133. We are a 24/7 call center (open on weekends & holidays) At Spectrum, we keep our customers connected, and through Spectrum Mobile, we offer existing internet customers a fast, reliable connection and flexible data plans for their Smartphones and tablets. As a Customer Service Representative with a focus on Mobile Repair, you will use your communication and problem-solving skills to nurture and maintain relationships with customers who use our mobile services. Every day, your work will strengthen connections between Spectrum and our customers.
