Production Team Partner - Mat Roller & Order Builder - UniFirst

Job Description UniFirst is seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Team Partner to join our Family. As a Team Partner in the Production Department you will work as part of a team to prepare orders and floor‑mat deliveries for our customers. This is a 5‑day work week position with Saturday and Sunday off. Responsibilities Bundle, package, and roll articles in accordance with company requirements. Handle flat‑good orders and select appropriate items. Inspect products for tears, holes, stains, excessive moisture, etc. Follow all safety policies, HACCP, and medical guidelines. Perform other duties as described by area supervisor or management. Qualifications High school education and/or GED equivalent preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age to operate the mat roller and any machinery. Must be at least 16 years of age to work in the load‑building area. Ability to stand and walk for an 8‑hour shift. Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly with management. Ability to lift up to 15–30 lbs. Ability to perform basic mathematical operations using standard U.S. units of weight, volume, and distance.
