Customer Support Administrator

Duration: 6-months with potential extensions and/or conversion Interviews: 1 round (20-30 minutes) during the weeks of 7/13 & 7/20 Pay Rate: $18-$20/hr Core Responsibilities: High-volume data entry and administrative support Reviewing reports and inventory records Investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies Troubleshooting freight that is out of place or delayed Communicating with customers regarding shipments, inventory, and related issues Providing customer service and resolving operational problems Working cross-functionally to ensure inventory and shipment accuracy Ideal Qualities: Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership Curious and proactive problem solver Strong attention to detail Customer-focused mindset Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Preferred Background: Experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, inventory management, or supply chain operations Experience working with reports, inventory systems, or shipment tracking tools Previous experience handling customer escalations or resolving service issues Benefits packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
