Warehouse & Construction Support Coordinator Job Title: Warehouse & Construction Support Coordinator Location: St. Louis, MO Compensation: $35–$45/hour + Full Benefits Employment Type: Full-Time Benefits Health Insurance 401(k) PTO Full Drury benefits package About the Company Our client is a well-established commercial construction and development company with a strong presence throughout the hospitality industry. They are seeking a hands‑on, construction‑minded individual to support their Special Projects and Warehouse Operations team in St. Louis. This is not a traditional warehouse role focused solely on forklifts or inventory management. The ideal candidate understands construction operations, tools, materials, and jobsite logistics and enjoys staying active while supporting field teams and ongoing projects. The position supports the Director of Special Projects and assists with capital expenditure work, warehouse coordination, material handling, and operational support for active projects. This is a fully local role with no travel required. Position Overview The Warehouse & Construction Support Coordinator will play a key role supporting warehouse operations, deliveries, material organization, and general construction support functions for the Special Projects team. This individual should be comfortable working independently, solving problems on the fly, and assisting with day‑to‑day operational needs without requiring constant direction. Candidates with carpentry, labor foreman, construction support, or traveling carpenter backgrounds are highly encouraged to apply.
