Brand: Bruegger's Bagels is a family owned and operated business that has been kettle cooking bagels and serving traditional breakfast, lunch and dinner items since 1978. We also prioritize work‑life balance for our team—our stores close at 2pm, so you’ll never have to miss a recital or a concert. We are looking for a Shift Leader! Our Shift Leaders are like the cream cheese on the bagel—delicious on their own, but the cream cheese adds flavor and holds everything together. What's a day in the life of a Shift Leader? Our Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. They set the morale and tone of the team, provide feedback, coach teammates when needed, and open and close the store with minimal supervision. Teams take pride in ensuring the quality of the food and beverage we serve while maintaining a safe and clean environment. Shift Leaders have the opportunity to grow—many of our General Managers started as Shift Leaders and Team Members.
