Job Summary We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for a direct hire opportunity in Thousand Oaks, CA. This role is ideal for an organized, adaptable, and service-focused professional who enjoys supporting a busy team in a fast-paced business services environment. The Administrative Assistant will support a large team of high-performing Account Executives by handling administrative tasks, client and employee interactions, reporting, payroll processing, and day-to-day office support. Key Responsibilities Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and provide professional support to internal and external clients. Run reports, process documentation, and maintain accurate information in a proprietary system. Support payroll processing and assist with administrative tasks related to employee and corporate office interactions. Manage shifting priorities throughout the day while meeting deadlines and supporting a fast-paced team. Coordinate communication between Account Executives, employees, clients, and corporate contacts. Provide general administrative support to help the team stay organized, responsive, and productive. Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $40,000 to $49,000 per year. Job type: Direct hire. Location: Thousand Oaks, CA.
