Registered Nurse Maternal Float Pool

HealthONE, a leading healthcare provider in Denver, is seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Registered Nurse for our Maternal Float Pool within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will provide direct, evidence-based nursing care to mothers, newborns, and families across multiple maternal units, which may include labor and delivery, antepartum, postpartum, mother–baby, and high‑risk obstetrics. As a Maternal Float Pool RN, you will adapt to various clinical settings and patient acuity levels, performing comprehensive assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, administering medications and treatments, and collaborating closely with obstetricians, midwives, neonatologists, and the broader interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality care. You will be responsible for continuous fetal and maternal monitoring, supporting labor and delivery processes, assisting with obstetric procedures and emergencies, educating and coaching patients and families on childbirth, postpartum recovery, newborn care, and breastfeeding, and advocating for patient safety and comfort at every stage of the perinatal journey.
