As a multispecialty group of licensed professionals, we provide Behavioral Health services to residents of long-term care and rehabilitation centers in a compassionate and cost-effective manner. Our goal is to improve the quality of life for our older adult patients, and we believe that good mental health can result in better physical health and an overall longer, fuller life.
About the Role
We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, Licensed Psycholgist)- Flexible Schedule to join our team of compassionate and dedicated clinicians. As a Licensed Mental Health Professional - Flexible Schedule , you will provide high-quality clinical services to our patients, utilizing evidence-based practices to achieve individual therapeutic goals. Your flexible schedule will allow you to choose shifts that fit your needs, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.
Responsibilities
Provide mental health assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for patients in long-term care and rehabilitation centers
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patient therapeutic goals
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education
Requirements
Licensed Mental Health Professional (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist.)
1-2 years of experience in mental health services
