Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LCSW/LMFT/LMHC/Licensed Clinical Psychologist)

CHE Behavioral, a multispecialty group of licensed professionals dedicated to increasing access to mental health services and reducing the stigma of mental health conditions since 1994, is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LCSW/LMFT/LMHC/Licensed Clinical Psychologist) to join our team in Bath, New York, United States .

About the Role:

As a Licensed Mental Health Clinician , you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality clinical services to improve the quality of life for older adult patients in long-term care and rehabilitation centers. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.

Responsibilities:

Provide evidence-based mental health services to older adults in long-term care and rehabilitation centers
Conduct clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual and group therapy sessions
Collaborate with healthcare providers, caregivers, and family members to ensure comprehensive care
Maintain accurate and timely records of patient interactions and treatment progress
Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities to stay current with industry best practices

Requirements:

Master's or Doctoral degree in a mental health-related field (LCSW/LMFT/LMHC/Licensed Clinical Psychologist)
New York state licensure or eligibility for licensure
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a mental health setting
Strong clinical skills and ability to work with older adult patients
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
