Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with clients via video chat, focusing on techniques and interventions to improve their mental health.

• Facilitate discussions that encourage clients to explore their emotions and experiences, fostering greater self-awareness and understanding of their relational dynamics.

• Act as a client advocate, helping clients identify and work towards setting meaningful personal goals.

• Assess clients' mental conditions, developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual needs and employing a solution-focused approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clientele will primarily consist of stable adults with low acuity levels, ensuring that you work with individuals who are motivated and ready to engage in the therapeutic process. All clients are carefully screened before booking sessions, and we will match you with individuals that align with your specialties and preferences, allowing you to practice in areas where you feel most competent and fulfilled.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Full licensure in good standing from the state board to practice independently without supervision, as a:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature to build rapport with clients.

• Proficiency in using technology and digital platforms for counseling.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with previous experience in remote counseling or working with diverse populations will be considered favorably. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and methods of delivery for therapy is a plus, as is an understanding of contemporary therapeutic practices and trends.

Compensation and Benefits\n
