salary: $27 - $28 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 9 AM - 6 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Enter all sales and orders into our SAP system quickly and correctly. Keep track of inventory numbers.

• Create spreadsheets and reports using Excel tools like VLOOKUPs and Macros to show how the business is doing.

• Talk with production teams in South America and global shipping companies to make sure cargo moves without delays.

• Track global cargo ships and give real-time updates to customers and the Director.

• Prepare and check important export papers like Invoices, Bills of Lading, and Health Certificates.

• Fix any errors with order sizes or pricing, and solve shipping problems quickly.
