Frac Plug Assembler

Position Title: Frac Plug Assembler Wage: $16.00 - $20.00/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 7:30am - 4:00pm (Monday - Friday, Occasional Saturday) Responsibilities Assemble composite frac plugs according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and specifications Inspect components for defects, damage, and dimensional accuracy before assembly Utilize hand tools, power tools, torque equipment, and measuring instruments during the assembly process Perform quality checks on assembled products Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation Ensure compliance with company quality standards, safety policies, and manufacturing procedures Identify and report non-conforming materials, equipment issues, or process deviations Assist with inventory control, material handling, and organization of work areas Maintain a clean and safe work environment Collaborate with supervisors, quality personnel, and team members to meet production goals and deadlines Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred Previous manufacturing, assembly, oilfield equipment, or mechanical experience preferred Ability to read and interpret work orders and technical documents Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills for production tracking and documentation Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 25 pounds Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and perform repetitive hand movements Ability to work in a manufacturing or warehouse environment with exposure to noise and industrial equipment Mechanical assembly experience desired Knowledge of oilfield completion tools and hydraulic fracturing equipment is a plus Quality control and inspection experience preferred Forklift or material handling experience (optional) Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Job ID: IND153 We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Monroechamber
