Qualifications & Certifications:

• Valid Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist license (active status)
• Professional Educator License (PEL) required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Recent experience with pediatric populations, especially within early childhood or school-based settings
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage families, students, and multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group therapy services to early childhood students, addressing speech, language, and communication needs
• Participate in assessments, IEP development, and progress monitoring in collaboration with teachers and support staff
• Maintain clear and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and interventions
• Engage families and caregivers in strategies to reinforce progress beyond the classroom
• Contribute actively to the Early Childhood Center’s supportive and inclusive educational culture
