Corporate AccountantLocation: St. Paul, MN (Hybrid: 4 Days Onsite Per Week) Compensation: $70,000 – $80,000 + Comprehensive BenefitsAbout the OpportunityOur client, a rapidly growing consumer products manufacturer, is seeking a Corporate Accountant to join their finance team in St. Paul, Minnesota. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to contribute to a growing organization. The role offers exposure to month-end close, financial reporting, fixed assets, cash management, audits, and process improvement initiatives.This position is primarily onsite, with team members working from the St. Paul office four days per week.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the monthly financial close process, including preparing journal entries and completing balance sheet reconciliationsPerform cash management activities, account reconciliations, and related reportingManage fixed asset accounting, including acquisitions, depreciation, and disposalsHelp ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and proceduresAssist with external audit requests by preparing supporting schedules and documentationParticipate in ERP, HRIS, and other system implementations or enhancementsProvide financial reporting and analysis to support business operations and decision-makingAssist with special projects and process improvement initiatives as neededQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field3+ years of accounting experienceManufacturing, consumer products, food production, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) experience is a plusStrong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysisExperience with ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is a plusAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDetail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and meeting deadlinesWhy Consider This Opportunity?Join a growing and financially stable organizationExposure to multiple areas of accounting and financeCollaborative team environment with opportunities for professional growthCompetitive compensation and benefits packageOpportunity to make an impact within a dynamic, growth-oriented business
