This person will handle the day-to-day accounting cycle — including accounts payable and accounts receivable, reconciliations, reporting, and supporting month-end close — while working closely with cross-functional teams to support the business as it grows. This is a great opportunity for an early-career accountant to build a strong foundation, take on meaningful responsibility, and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Record and reconcile expense submissions Execute daily and weekly ledger entries Provide financial order support and analysis Facilitate processing of product returns Support month-end and year-end closing activities Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Business Reporting Assist with year-end audit. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial processes Needs to Have Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Disciplined, self-directed approach to managing daily and monthly deadlines Nice to Have 2+ years of progressive accounting experience Experience in an eCommerce business Experience with QuickBooks or similar Experience with 3rd Party Sales Tax Return Systems Experience with Shopify Work Schedule and Location This position will primarily work inoffice, with the opportunity to work 1 day per week remotely.
