Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of conference and event planning from contract turnover through event completion.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing event needs and ensuring expectations are met.
• Coordinate with catering, sales, banquet, audiovisual, housekeeping, and other departments to execute events successfully.
• Prepare event orders, room setups, timelines, and logistical plans.
• Conduct pre-event meetings and post-event evaluations.
• Monitor event budgets and ensure accurate billing and revenue capture.
• Resolve client concerns and operational issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and service expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Event Management, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of conference services, event management, hotel operations, or hospitality experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple events and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience with event management and hotel property management systems preferred.

Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000
