We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team at Gotham Enterprises Ltd in Spring Hill, Tennessee. You will be an essential part of a multidisciplinary team, conducting evaluations and assessments and providing early intervention services to children with disabilities or developmental delays.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your core responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine the developmental needs and challenges facing children and their families.
\n
• Actively participating in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring they reflect the child's needs and family priorities.
\n
• Monitoring progress and outcomes as a member of a collaborative team, adjusting intervention strategies as necessary based on performance and feedback.
\n
• Providing hands-on support and educational resources to families, helping them navigate the complexities of early childhood development.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based practices, especially the Natural Learning Environment Practices, to foster child development within the home and community settings.
\n
• Establishing rapport with children and families to create a safe and supportive environment conducive to learning.
\n
• Ensuring compliance with all pertinent Federal and State Regulations concerning social work practices and child welfare.
\n
• Working closely with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and reinforce strategies that align with the family's goals for their child.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on infants and toddlers who are experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. Our Children’s Services program strives to support these young individuals through early intervention, promoting skills in physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication domains. As a social worker, you will help children develop crucial skills that influence their future growth and development.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.
\n
• Current licensure by the Department of Public Health as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
\n
• A valid driver’s license to facilitate travel as needed for home visits.
\n
• Ability to adapt methods and learning styles to meet the individual needs of children and families.
\n
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a remote working environment.

• The capability to communicate respectfully and productively with colleagues, families, and service providers.

Preferred Experience\n

The ideal candidate will also possess:

• At least one year of experience working in early intervention services with children and families.

• Proficiency in bilingual communication to reach a broader population, if applicable.

• A demonstrated commitment to utilizing Natural Learning Environment Practices to foster development.

Compensation and Benefits\n
