Nick DeMaio State Farm is hiring a sales-dominant Acquisitions Specialist to aggressively drive new business across two high-performing locations. This role is built for competitive professionals who thrive on outbound activity, pipeline management, and closing. If you are energized by goals, motivated by commission income, and confident asking for the sale, this is your opportunity to build a serious career in insurance sales. What You’ll Do
- Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, digital leads, and community outreach
- Build and manage a disciplined sales pipeline
- Conduct needs-based conversations that uncover coverage gaps
- Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, and life insurance policies
- Handle objections confidently and move prospects toward decision
- Track daily activity and consistently hit monthly production goals
- Maintain compliance with agency and state regulations
- Sales-driven mindset with strong closing ability
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and high-volume conversations
- Competitive, goal-oriented, and income-motivated
- Strong communication and follow-up discipline
- Organized and performance-focused
- Prior sales experience preferred
- Base salary plus commission and performance bonuses
