Sr. Accountant

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $100,000 to $130,000 per year.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with executives to generate accurate and timely financial reports.
- Conduct monthly financial statement reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Analyze budget variances across multiple financial plans and departments.
- Manage subcontractor processes to ensure compliance with insurance and payment procedures.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to indirect cost allocation methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and ERP systems.
- Communicate effectively with professionals at all organizational levels.
- Work independently, take initiative, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Apply strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- 8+ years of relevant accounting experience in a professional setting.
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Bring experience in the construction or manufacturing industry.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to support financial decisions.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of financial models.
- Exhibit excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
