Sales Account Manager

Responsibilities Own and grow a portfolio of mid-size B2B accounts with a focus on revenue expansion and retention Proactively identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities across the account base Conduct regular business reviews with key contacts to understand project pipelines and upcoming needs Prepare detailed quotes, proposals, and presentations independently for standard and custom projects Negotiate pricing and terms within approved guidelines to close deals efficiently Develop account penetration plans and contribute to pipeline forecasting on a weekly and monthly basis Collaborate cross-functionally with design, production, and project management to deliver on client commitments Maintain accurate CRM records and leverage customer data to identify growth opportunities and support sales forecasting Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and problem resolution Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in sales, business development, or similar field 2–4 years of B2B sales or account management experience; industrial, government/municipalities, or commercial product sales experience preferred Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quota Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent written and verbal communication skills Success Metrics Revenue growth within assigned vertical Upsell/cross-sell revenue as a percentage of total portfolio Account expansion and development Pipeline accuracy and forecast attainment #J-18808-Ljbffr
