Aligned Talent Acquisition is partnering with a nationally recognized Am Law firm seeking an experienced Product Liability Associate Attorney to join its Mass Tort and Product Liability practice in Atlanta, GA .

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys sophisticated, high-stakes litigation and wants to take on meaningful responsibility while working alongside experienced trial attorneys on complex, high-exposure matters.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of litigation experience, preferably involving product liability, mass torts, class actions, or complex commercial disputes.


• Experience handling discovery, depositions, expert witnesses, motion practice, hearings, and trial preparation.


• Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills.


• Ability to manage complex litigation matters and work collaboratively with attorneys and clients.


• Trial experience or a judicial clerkship is a plus, but not required.
