Job Overview
We're looking for a highly organized Procurement / Purchasing Coordinator to help manage purchasing activities, vendor communications, purchase orders, and administrative operations.
This is a non-technical, no-code remote position with both full-time and part-time opportunities available.
What You'll Do
- Assist with purchase orders and purchasing requests
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers
- Track orders, deliveries, and outstanding requests
- Maintain accurate purchasing records
- Review invoices and purchasing documentation
- Help resolve order or vendor issues
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding purchasing needs
- Compare vendor information and pricing when requested
- Prepare basic reports and documentation
- Follow company purchasing policies and procedures
- Support the procurement team with administrative tasks
What We're Looking For
- Experience in purchasing, procurement, administration, operations, customer service, or a related field preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and standard business software
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
No coding or technical experience is required.
