Senior Virology Care Specialist, Trenton

Responsibilities Develop strong, compliant relationships with health care providers across specialties and account types (IDNs, health systems, community clinics) Facilitate clinical dialogue to drive appropriate action for patients and engage the full account to identify obstacles Create and execute a territory business plan to drive product demand by meeting key partner needs Apply knowledge of the broader healthcare landscape and how decisions are made across provider offices and health systems Manage territory like a business owner: own results with urgency while staying compliant with policies and regulations Deliver compliant product presentations and education using approved resources Collaborate cross-functionally (marketing, market access, and others) to support customer needs Gather and share customer insights and feedback to improve how providers and patients are served Partner on account and territory strategy to maximize access to products and services Use customer/market data and multi-channel approaches to drive total selling engagements Prioritize customers/accounts using a data-driven approach aligned to strategic plan Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree Sales experience in life sciences or healthcare (or related field) 5+ years in customer-facing sales (biotech, pharmaceuticals, or medical device) Live within the stated territory Ability to be in the field 5 days/week with required overnights and complete administrative tasks Ability to drive and/or fly within the territory Proven winning attitude with growth mindset; strong communication and interpersonal skills Coachable; persistent, resilient, agile; strong time management Integrity/professionalism and commitment to compliance Passion for impacting patients’ lives; ability to communicate clinical product information compliantly Compensation $120,000-$160,000 base salary; eligible for annual short-term incentive and annual long-term incentive (e.g., equity) #J-18808-Ljbffr Scorpion Therapeutics
