We act as a key partner for our clients by delivering exceptional quality, reliability, and safety in all that we do.Join our team as a proactive and detail-driven Site Acquisition Coordinator, where you'll play a key role in managing telecom operations and project performance. This hybrid role blends coordination of field operations with cost tracking and performance analysis, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams while also interfacing with clients and stakeholders.Essential ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and track all phases of assigned projectsMaintain and update project logs, QB systems, and Excel trackers to reflect real-time project statusConduct weekly update calls and meetings with internal teams and clientsGenerate and submit daily work-in-progress (WIP) reports and training summariesSupport project cost tracking, including labor, materials, vendors, subcontractors, and equipmentAssist in preparing cost reports, forecasts, and earned value metricsUtilize tools like Excel and Power BI to generate performance and status reportsSupport change management processes and ensure accurate billing and documentationCollaborate with field managers to ensure job readiness and timely project completionParticipate in stakeholder meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiativesQualificationsOne or more years of experience in site acquisition, (telecommunications experience is preferred, not required)Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, IF Statements, etc.)Collaboration experience with vendors, project managers, engineers, or field teamsExperience with Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS) is preferred, not requiredPower BI and SAP experience is a plusWork ConditionsRemote role with occasional travel to regional office in Florence, KY, (less than 10%)Additional InformationLedcor Technical Services (LTS) designs, builds, and maintains wireline or wireless networks that span North America and beyond.
